  • Detection algorithm for medical images has been developed
  • Segmentation on medical image is being developed

Project 2: Synthetic Medical Image Synthesis with GAN Algorithms

  • A custom GAN algorithm is implemented
  • Synthetic Wound image generation for patient privacy

Project 3: Explainable AI applications on Medical Image Synthesis : Chronic Wound Images

  • Explainable AI tools such as LIME and Activation atlases applied to wound development model
  • Explainable AI methods are compared comprehensively in Healthcare.

Project 4: Classification and Segmentation Comparison of Floodwater on Roadways using Deep Learning Methods

  • A custom algorithm has been developed to extract and analyze image data
  • Mask-R-CNN and Generative Adversarial Network machine learning algorithm has been used.
  • A heuristic model developed to classify and segment the floodwater on roadways from labelled image data.

  • A custom algorithm has been developed to extract and analyze image data

Project 2: Generative Adversarial Network Application on Jurkat Cell segmentation

  • TEM images of Jurkat Cells are segmented using GAN Algorithm.

Project 3: Computer Science and Cybersecurity Pathway for Career and Technical Education. Link.

  • Blockchain game for the high schollers which includes presentation and automatic Hash calculation code
  • Hands on Raspberry Pi activities which utilizes Internet of Things and its presentation

Project 4: Neural Machine Translation using NLP techniques.

  • Seq2seq technique with LSTM is used to develop a NMT model for Turkish to English translator.

Project 1: Realizing the Potential of Blockchain Technology in Smart Grid Applications.

  • Analysis of blockchain techniques used in industry
  • Conduct a survey with current blockchain users
  • Analyze the potential impacts of the new blockchain systems on smart grid application

  • Developed and extracted generated electricity information from the ISS’ data.
